He received a MA (Hons) in competition law from King’s College London, UK in 2010 and holds a J.D. degree from the University of Bologna, Italy since 2004. He also studied law as a visiting scholar at the University of Oxford, UK and University of Vienna, Austria.
Mr. Vogl widely advises operating businesses on all aspects of Czech and Slovak corporate and real estate law as well as civil law and litigations. Prior to founding Vogl & Partners in Prague, Mr. Vogl worked in a major international law firm in Prague office and Cleary Gottlieb Steen and Hamilton in Brussels. He also worked in Telefonica Czech Republic, a.s. in Prague as senior competition counsel.
He was a lecturer of Telecommunication Law at the Anglo-American University in Prague and a regular guest lecturer in Theory of Regulation and Regulation of Industries at the Institute of Economic Studies, Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University in Prague. He also widely published on competition law and regulatory issues. He is fluent in Czech, Slovak, English and Italian.
